Our Vision

ASTAR Personnel is the vision of a team of recruitment specialists who have a combined experience of 15 years in the recruitment business. Having gained a strong understanding of how recruitment works in our years of service to other recruitment agencies, we began to notice that many were dropping the ball with their clients by failing to offer the best possible service for a competitive price. Knowing that we could do so much better, starting our own recruitment agency was a paramount decision.

ASTAR Personnel values people, not numbers. We figure that if we focus on building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates, the rest will just fall into place. And so far, we haven’t been proven wrong – our growth is a testament to this philosophy.

We believe in doing things by the book, especially where professionalism is concerned. The owners of ASTAR Personnel are all fully fledged members of RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association). Apart from giving our clients peace of mind that they are dealing with accredited recruitment professionals, our membership to RCSA offers additional benefits. There is ongoing training that keeps us up to speed as the industry changes, information on Awards and industry advice that we can pass onto clients to help them more effectively deal with employment issues.

We understand that life doesn’t always run to plan and sometimes things crop up which are out of our control. Somehow though, we still have to make things work. That’s why we take a flexible approach and tailor our service to meet our clients’ needs. Whether it’s meeting times or locations, our clients are the ones in control because they are our priority.
