• An ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team.
• Have a great attitude and hard work ethic.
• Be willing to learn and progress in the manufacturing operations team.
• Work independently with self-drive.
• A great attitude and an impeccable attendance record.
• Can work safely around machinery in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit
• Moderate computer skills.
• Able to follow direction
