Junior Accountant

Our client is well known for establishing luxury hotels in and around NSW and are currently seeking an ethical, loyal and trustworthy Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team based in Circular Quay, Sydney’s CBD.

Your duties & responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• High Volume Accounts Payable
• Liaising with sub-contractors & ensuring compliance
• Daily Reconciliations / Month-end Reconciliations
• Monthly Reporting
• Managing the accounting system, data processing & journal entries
• Helping with extra ad hoc duties from senior management and staff
• Helping with Quarterly and EOFY financial duties

  To be successful you will have the following attributes:

  Qualifications & Experience:

• Ideally have a minimum 1-2 experience in the accounting field
• Some experience in accounts payable
• Intermediate – Accounting Systems / Microsoft Applications
• Have a related qualification in accounting
• Fluent in English – writing and speaking
